What different payment options do you provide?
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. If you need further financial assistance, we offer affordable outside financing.
As caring professionals, Dr. Gates and our team want you to have the treatment you need. For extensive treatment, we can stage your dental care in order to make it more affordable.

What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
At our office we value personal relationships. Therefore unlike the trend in health care, we have an answering service available 24 hours a day to help our patients. Call our office at 254.778.3587 and one of our professionals will have Dr. Gates contact you. We are available to help our existing patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How does your practice keep up to date on all of the current techniques and materials?
 Learning is one of three principles that define our practice. While we are extensively educated and trained, dentistry is constantly changing. To stay on top of the new products and innovative techniques in the world of dentistry, we attend regular continuing education courses. We also belong to a variety of organizations which offer seminars and conferences on changes in dentistry.
